About
Liam
I help businesses launch, grow and run on better systems, from the business plan to the software behind it.
Who I am
I'm Liam, a serial entrepreneur from Port Huron, Michigan, and current VP of Supplier Relations & Technology Integrations at COTTON 7 Global Enterprises, an international infrastructure, technology and defense solutions company. I've launched multiple startups, and I design and ship software across operations, compliance, e-commerce, fintech, AI agents and 3D visualization.
Beyond building, I advise on the business itself: startup planning and launch, go-to-market and growth strategy, marketing and lead generation, sales systems, payment and pricing models, supplier and partner relationships, licensing and regulatory planning, and government contracting pathways.
As a product architect, I define the system, its rules and its safeguards, then use AI-accelerated development tools to build it fast. You get one partner who understands strategy, operations, regulation and money flows from running real businesses, not just from writing specs.

Why work with me
- Owner and operator first.
- I've founded and run multiple businesses, including a VR entertainment center, an MMA gym and a licensed firearms manufacturer. I understand cash flow, staffing, customers and deadlines because I live them.
- Strategy and software under one roof.
- Most consultants hand you a plan, and most developers wait for a spec. I do both, so the strategy and the system behind it actually match.
- Enterprise and international experience.
- As VP of Supplier Relations & Technology Integrations at COTTON 7, I manage supplier relationships and technology for international projects, and built the company's secure internal operations platform.
- Regulated-industry fluency.
- Firearms licensing and transfers, identity verification, high-risk payments, banking, gaming and government contracting are familiar ground, so compliance is designed in from day one.
- Security built in.
- Encryption, audit trails, approval gates, role-based access and verified identity are defaults, not upsells.
- One partner, wide range.
- Live streaming, payments, booking, AI agents, 3D and AR, internal platforms and websites, without juggling multiple vendors.
- AI-accelerated delivery.
- Modern AI build tools mean faster turnaround and lower cost than a traditional agency, with every decision reviewed by an experienced architect.
- Clear ownership terms.
- Your business accounts, domains and content stay yours. Ownership and licensing of custom code, platforms and data are agreed up front, case by case, with training so you can make everyday edits yourself.
- Clear pricing, straight answers.
- Fixed prices per phase, no surprise invoices, and honest advice when something won't work or isn't worth building.
- Local and accessible.
- Based in Port Huron, Michigan, available to meet in person across Southeast Michigan, and working with clients anywhere.
How I work
- Free discovery call (20–30 minutes): your goals, current tools, biggest pain points, budget and timeline, and whether we're a good fit.
- Strategy consultation: a paid working session that maps how your business runs today and what to build, fix or launch first. It's credited toward your project if you go ahead.
- Proposal and blueprint: a written scope with a phased plan, a fixed price per phase, a timeline, and what's included and excluded.
- Agreement and kickoff: a signed agreement, a deposit, and access to the accounts and content I need.
- Design approval: you approve the look, layout and key screens before full development starts.
- Build in staging: your live site or system stays untouched, with weekly progress updates and a private preview link.
- Testing and review: desktop and mobile testing, security and permission checks, and a walkthrough before you request final changes.
- Launch and handoff: go-live, domain and SEO switchover, handoff of the agreed accounts and deliverables, and training with written documentation.
- Support and growth: 30 days of post-launch fixes, then an optional monthly plan for updates, security, new features and quarterly strategy check-ins.
